I'm very prone to tendinitis, especially because I work from home and study part-time, working on my PC all day. In addition, I often put a lot of strain on my wrists during bodyweight exercises. For me my wrist was very sore, it's a bit overloaded, not because of sport but because of work.This hand guard has proved very useful.Comfortable to wear, super material, easy to use.And even a designer.

The wrist support helps me well with my gymnastics :-) but unfortunately it gets dirty too quickly at work! :-(
