I'm really happy with the collagen tablets. They are really easy to swallow and don't have a nasty aftertaste. I also really feel that my skin is a bit firmer since I've been taking the tablets.

The capsules combine collagen and hyaluronic acid in high doses, which is visibly good for my skin. I also have other food supplements from this brand, but the capsules with collagen are my favourite. With age, you do have to help. I take 2 capsules a day and my skin has already visibly improved.

I have been taking the capsules for a few days now. I have no problems swallowing the capsules as they are a comfortable size for me. Collagen and hyaluron in one capsule so that I can do something for my age. The PZN number is very positive for me.
