Vitamin B complex capsules contain the following ingredients: filler microcrystalline cellulose, capsule shell hypromellose, calcium D-pantothenate, riboflavin-5'-phosphate, thiamine hydrochloride, methylcobalamin, nicotinamide, anti-caking agent tricalcium phosphate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, pteroylmonoglutamic acid and biotin.

Contents per daily dose (1 mini capsule): 22mg vitamin B1 (2000% NRV), 21mg vitamin B2 (1500% NRV), 24mg vitamin B3 (150% NRV), 30mg vitamin B5 (500% NRV), 14mg vitamin B6 (1000% NRV), 200mcg vitamin B7(400% NRV), 450mcg vitamin B9 (225% NRV), 25mcg vitamin B12 (1000% NRV). NRV = % of the nutrient reference value according to EU-Food Information Ordinance.

Dosage
