The ingredients of the Doppelherz Haar Intensive + Biotin capsules include microcrystalline cellulose as a filler, L-methionine, beef gelatin, L-cysteine, horsetail extract, calcium D-pantothenate, zinc carbonate, maltodextrin, magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide as a release agent, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride, iron oxides and iron hydroxides as colorants,D-biotin, copper carbonate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid and sodium molybdate, as well as cyanocobalamin.

The product contains the following nutrients per daily serving, which corresponds to one capsule: 1.1 mg vitamin B1 (100% NRV), 1.4 mg vitamin B2 (100% NRV), 9 mg pantothenic acid (150% NRV), 1.4 mg vitamin B6 (100% NRV), 600 µg biotin (1200% NRV), 200 µg folic acid (100% NRV), 2.5 µg vitamin B12 (100% NRV), 5 mg zinc (50% NRV), 0.3 mg copper (30% NRV), 15 µg molybdenum (30% NRV), 50 mg L-cysteine, 160 mg L-methionine and 50 mg horsetail extract.The nutrient reference values (NRV) are based on EU-Regulation 1169/2011.No nutrient reference values are available for L-cysteine, L-methionine and horsetail extract.
