Sedacalman is a homeopathic medicine used for the treatment of nervous disorders with sleep disturbances. It contains Acidum picrinicum, Avena sativa, Chamomilla recutita, Humulus lupulus, Hypericum perforatum, Kalium bromatum and Valeriana officinalis as active ingredients. The medicinal product is taken as a mixture in drop form. The recommended dosage for adults is 5 drops every half to a whole hour for acute conditions, at most 6 times a day, and 1-3 times a day for chronic courses. It should always be taken in consultation with a doctor or pharmacist and the intake should be reduced when the symptoms improve. It should not be used for a long time without medical advice.
