The MiniMed Sure-T infusion set is equipped with a fine steel cannula specifically designed to ensure continuous insulin delivery.An additional disconnection option located 10 cm from the insertion site provides maximum protection against occlusions and slipping out.Thanks to the fine steel cannula and integrated plasters, the MiniMed Sure-T is suitable for children of normal and larger build as well as for adults, including pregnant women, who prefer the proven reliability of a steel cannula or who are allergic to Teflon.

Specifications

All MiniMed infusion sets and reservoirs are perfectly coordinated and ensure safe insulin delivery thanks to the MiniMed connection.An audible “click” confirms the secure connection.A silicone membrane makes the reservoir waterproof, and valves in the connector ensure good insulin delivery.

Tips

It is recommended that the Sure-T and reservoir be replaced every 24 to 48 hours.This improves insulin absorption, prevents insulin breakdown and prevents clogging of the infusion set.Successful pump therapy depends on good care and adequate protection of the infusion site.
