Directions for use of the article Dermanorm Oil Dietary Supplementary Feed for Dogs/Cats: Dermanorm Oil is a dietary supplement for dogs and cats that supports skin function in dermatosis and excessive hair loss. It contains unsaturated fatty acids which are essential for skin and coat health. Dermanorm Oil contains borage oil with the fatty acids cis-linoleic acid (LA) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) as well as fish oil with abundant eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) to achieve an optimal ratio of omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids (10:1). The feeding recommendation is 2.5 ml/day for cats and small dogs and 5 ml/10 kg body weight/day for dogs. It is recommended to administer Dermanorm Oil directly with the food. The recommended duration of use is up to 2 months and it is recommended to seek the advice of a veterinarian before use. The composition consists of soybean oil, borage oil and fish oil. The analytical components are crude fat (99.6%), crude protein (0.3%), crude ash (0%) and crude fibre (0%). Storage should be below 25°C and protected from light. Status of information: April 2016.
