2 Sprays are enough. I can fall asleep wonderfully with it. I have been using it for years. It has a calming effect, especially when too many thoughts or worries prevent me from falling asleep. It has a pleasantly sweet flavour and not the sharp taste of alcohol like the other drops. I have tried a cheaper version of Rescue Night Bach Flower Remedy, which is only available as drops and not as a spray, but I found it totally unsatisfactory. That's why: I remain loyal to this original spray - it's worth it!

I love using this spray!!! For years now. It is also very easy to use.
