The ingredients of Bach Flower Original Rescura Drops alcohol-free are glycerin, water and aqueous dilution of plant essences (Helianthemum nummularium, Clematis vitalba, Impatiens glandulifera, Prunus cerasifera, Ornithogalum umbellatum) (1/500).

Dosage

Recommended dosage: Put 4 drops in a glass of water and drink it in sips.If necessary, you can repeat this up to 6 times a day.
