The essences are made exclusively from ingredients of the highest quality.Many of the flowers and plants come from Edward Bach's original gardens and are picked there by hand.

Dosage

Recommended use of Bach Flower Original Rescura Night Spray with alcohol: Before going to bed, apply 2 sprays directly to the tongue and repeat if necessary.The spray is ideal for travel.
