Doppelherz aktiv Omega-3 Seefischöl 800 capsules are dietary supplements with sea fish oil and vitamin E. 2 capsules should be taken daily, unchewed, with some liquid at a meal. The capsules contain omega-3 fatty acids, especially the long-chain fatty acids docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). These omega-3 fatty acids contribute to normal heart function and are found in high concentrations in certain sea fish. A daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA is recommended to achieve their beneficial effects. Each daily portion (= 2 capsules) contains 480 mg of omega-3 fatty acids and 24 mg of vitamin E, which protects cells from oxidative stress. The product should be stored in a dry place at temperatures below 25°C and out of the reach of children. It should not be taken by children under 12 years of age.
