Since I have been suffering from cystitis since the start of the menopause, I have tested the mannose sticks. They are ideal for travelling and are easy to take. I think they taste very good. Since I've been taking Mannose, I haven't had any more bladder infections and the unpleasant urge to go to the toilet all the time has also decreased. A real enrichment and also good for prevention. The sticks taste very bitter and should never be taken on an empty stomach. They made me feel very nauseous. However, they really do help and the flavour is irrelevant.
