They give you a soothing and relaxing bathing experience. The bath crystals should be filled 3/4 of the way up the lid and then added to the incoming 36-38°C warm bath water. After 15-20 minutes of bathing, the crystals will have completely dissolved and you can enjoy the bath. One pack is enough for about 9-11 full baths.
