MyBIOTIK Immugy is a food supplement containing a special complex of metabolically active bacterial cultures, vitamins, minerals and beta-glucans from yeast. It contains zinc, selenium, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid and niacin, which contribute to normal immune system function. Also included are vitamin B1, vitamin B2, pantothenic acid, biotin and vitamin C, which help support energy metabolism. The product is also formulated with vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid and vitamin C to help reduce fatigue and tiredness. It also contains bacterial cultures that are natural components of our intestinal flora. The recommended consumption consists of one sachet of powder (2 g) and two capsules. The powder should be dissolved in 100 ml of water and drunk on an empty stomach before a meal. The capsules should be taken with a meal.
