Ingredients of MyBiotik Life+ combination pack: potato starch, magnesium carbonate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegan capsule shell), zinc gluconate, nicotinamide (niacin), bacterial cultures (2%) (consisting of: Bifidobacterium longum R0175 and Lactobacillus helveticus R0052), calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), D-biotin, cyanocobalamin (vitaminB12), sodium riboflavin 5'-phosphate (vitamin B2), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the above ingredients, this product should not be used.

Dosage

A daily portion consists of one sachet of powder (1.5 g) and two capsules.Pour the powder (1 sachet) into an empty glass and dissolve in approx. 100 ml of still water while stirring.Drink on an empty stomach at least 15 minutes before a meal.Take two capsules with a meal with some liquid, e.g.B. a glass of water.

The powder contains the bacterial cultures Bifidobacterium longum R0175 and Lactobacillus helveticus R0052.The capsule contains all B vitamins, vitamin D, magnesium and zinc.
