Although the spray is sugar-free, it has a very sweet but pleasant flavour for me. I have to say that after applying it to the sore areas, I felt like I had numbed the area and the pain subsided. I applied the spray to the sore areas twice a day after brushing my teeth and I have to say that my aphthae healed within 3 days, which normally takes over a week. So I am very happy with the spray and would recommend it to anyone with mouth problems. The advantage is that it can also be used by children and does not contain alcohol.
