I have been taking effervescent tablets since I was a child, as I am a very picky eater and can therefore absorb my missing nutrients. The vitamin C 1000 mg + zinc effervescent tablets are very pleasant to take. They dissolve well in water and have a delicious orange flavour without a strange aftertaste.
