I received these tablets as part of a product test. The tablets are taken without chewing. They are easy to swallow. So far I can't say anything about their effectiveness. It usually takes 4 to 6 weeks for food supplements to take effect. I will continue to take the product as I am convinced by the composition and effect in any case.

I was allowed to test the product free of charge and didn't take it every day, but on days when my throat was a bit scratchy and I have to say the next day there was no more talk of a sore throat. The tablets are a pleasant size and are therefore no problem even for tablet beginners. However, I am a little cautious as some of the ingredients are very highly dosed and sometimes contain 10 times the recommended daily value.
