Instructions for use for DR.THEISS Melatonin Sleep Aid Spray NEM, 30 ml
Dr. Theiss Melatonin Einschlaf-Spray is a food supplement with melatonin and passion flower extract, which is sweetened. It helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviates the subjective sensation of jet lag. The spray is sprayed directly into the mouth and contains 1 mg of melatonin per 2 sprays. It should be taken just before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The product contains no sugar and is vegan. It should not be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women, or by people taking medication. Consult your doctor before consumption. The spray should only be taken before going to bed and not before operating machinery or driving. It should also not be taken together with alcohol.Medicines Reviews

It usually shortens the time it takes to fall asleep. However, if you are stressed or very restless in the evening, it doesn't work so well in my experience. And unfortunately there is no effect on sleeping through the night (nor is there any promise of this). I am often wide awake again after an hour or two and lie in bed sleepless for a long time.

Wonderful!!! My rheumatism medication has sleep disorders as a side effect. Now I can finally sleep again and am awake again during the day!!
