The recommended intake is one tablet a day, taken unchewed with liquid, about one hour before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The tablets contain sleep berry leaf and root extract and 1.0 mg melatonin. Store out of the reach of children and at room temperature. The product is gluten-free, vegan and lactose-free. It is not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers, children and adolescents.
