Keltican was recommended to me by my GP because of my recurring non-specific nerve pain and bulging discs. I find it helps. I always take it for several days when the pain is acute, but it can also be taken over longer periods. It is also used in the family for complaints caused by slipped discs.

Good combination of folic acid and vitamin B12 in a transparent capsule without unnecessary by-products. Good medicinal support for polyneuropathies/nerve complaints.

My mother-in-law has been using the capsules for many years and they help her and her husband a lot.

I used Keltican intensively after a back operation, as it was recommended to me by various people. My sciatica pain practically disappeared after about a year after the operation. I think it helped my nerves to recover. Now I continue to take it as a long-term supportive supplement (1 capsule every 2 days), because such preparations usually take time. I can recommend it to anyone who has something wrong with their back / nerves.
