Doppelherz Melatonin Plus drinking granulate system portion bag contains the following ingredients: maltodextrin, glycine, magnesium citrate, lemon balm leaf extract, L-tryptophan, natural aroma, hop cone extract, lavender flower extract, valerian root extract, nicotinamide, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, sweetener sucralose, pyridoxine hydrochloride, melatonin and cyanocobalamin.

Each daily portion, which corresponds to one bag, contains the following ingredients: Niacin 16 mg (100% NRV), Vitamin B6 2.1 mg (150% NRV), Vitamin B12 10 μg (400% NRV), Magnesium 300 mg (80% NRV), Melissa leaf extract 200 mg, hop cone extract 50 mg, lavender flower extract 30 mg,Valerian root extract 30 mg, L-tryptophan 200 mg, glycine 3 g and melatonin 1 mg. NRV stands for nutrient reference values according to EU-Regulation 1169/2011.There are no nutrient reference values available for some ingredients.
