Doppelherz Magnesium 400 + B1 + B6 + B12 + folic acid effervescent tablets are a dietary supplement with sweeteners.These effervescent tablets contain magnesium and a selection of B vitamins, including folic acid.They are available in a convenient effervescent tablet form and have a lemon-grapefruit flavor.

The effervescent tablets contain the following ingredients: acidifier citric acid, magnesium carbonate, acidity regulators sodium hydrogen carbonate and sodium carbonate, trimagnesium dicitrate, sweeteners sodium cyclamate and sodium saccharin, flavor, starch, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, folic acid, coloring riboflavin-5'-phosphate, vitamin B12.

Composition per daily serving (1 effervescent tablet): Magnesium 400 mg (107% NRV), folic acid 600 µg (300% NRV), vitamin B1 1.1 mg (100% NRV), vitamin B6 4.2 mg (300% NRV), vitamin B12 5.0 µg (200% NRV).The nutrient reference values are based on EU-Regulation 1169/2011.

Dosage

The recommended dosage is one tablet daily, dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml).
