Instructions for use of valerian tincture

Valerian tincture is a herbal medicine that is used to calm you down.It is used for restlessness and nervous-related problems falling asleep.The active ingredient is a tincture of valerian root, which is produced in ethanol 70% (v/v) as an extractant.This product is available without a prescription.

Valerian tincture is used for nervous restlessness and difficulty falling asleep, which are primarily caused by nervousness.

Dosage and instructions for use

Valerian tincture is intended for oral use for adults and children ages 12 and older.The recommended dose for sedation is 1.5 ml 2 to 3 times a day, diluted with a little water.If you have sleep disorders, 3 ml should be taken half an hour before bedtime.If necessary, an additional 3 ml can be taken before dinner.It should not be taken for longer than 14 days without medical advice.

The medicine should be diluted in water and taken.If symptoms persist for a long time or recur regularly, you should consult a doctor.An overdose can cause alcohol poisoning, especially in young children.In this case, a doctor should be contacted immediately.

Contraindications

Valerian tincture must not be taken if you are hypersensitive to the active ingredient, if you have alcoholism, liver disease, epilepsy, brain diseases or brain damage.Children under 12 years of age should only take the medicine after consulting a doctor.Its use is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Composition
