The common valerian, scientifically Valeriana officinalis, is a long-known medicinal plant.The valuable essential oils of valerian are found in its root, which is also known as the rhizome.The ingredients of valerian have a calming, anti-anxiety effect and promote sleep.Valerian tincture is used for restlessness and nervous-related problems falling asleep.

1 ml valerian tincture contains tincture of valerian root (1:5), made with ethanol 70% (V/V) as an extractant.Ethanol serves as an auxiliary ingredient.

Application

If you have nervous restlessness, young people aged 12 and over and adults can take 1/2 teaspoon of valerian tincture 2-3 times a day, regardless of meals.

If you have trouble falling asleep, it is recommended to take 1 teaspoon of valerian tincture about 30 minutes before going to bed.If you have more difficulty falling asleep, you can also take 1 teaspoon in the evening.

Valerian tincture contains 66% alcohol by volume.No prescription is required for this product.You should not use the medicine for longer than 2 weeks without medical advice.If you have long-lasting or recurring symptoms, you should consult your doctor.
