One granule bag of Lefax® intens Lemon Fresh micro granules contains 250 mg simeticone.Other ingredients include lemon flavor, malic acid, cream flavor, sorbitol and talc.The active ingredient simeticone is well tolerated even in higher doses and only works in the gastrointestinal tract.It frees the air in the intestines that is trapped in bubbles and causes symptoms and also prevents the formation of new air.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned, the product should not be used.It is not suitable for children under 14 years.

Dosage

Adolescents aged 14 and over and adults can take one sachet up to 4 times a day, which corresponds to a daily dose of 1,000 milligrams of simeticone.Pregnant or breastfeeding women can also use the micro granules.The duration of use should generally not exceed 30 days.
