Sidroga® gastrointestinal soothing tea is a traditional herbal medicine that is used to relieve minor gastrointestinal complaints such as bloating, flatulence and mild cramp-like complaints in adults and adolescents aged 12 and over.No prescription is required for this product.

One filter bag (2.0 g each) contains the following active ingredients: 0.8 g chamomile flowers, cut, 0.6 g yarrow herb, cut and 0.5 g peppermint leaves, cut.Another ingredient is chopped cinnamon bark.

Contraindications

The preparation must not be used if you are allergic to chamomile, yarrow or other composite plants, peppermint or menthol or the other ingredients of this medicine.The product should also not be used if you have stomach and intestinal ulcers, heartburn, obstruction of the bile ducts or gallbladder problems/diseases.

Dosage

Adults and teenagers aged 12 and over can drink a cup of warm tea several times a day, up to four times, between meals.To prepare it, pour approx. 150 ml of boiling water over a filter bag and let it steep for around 10 minutes.The bag is then gently squeezed and removed.
