The ingredients of Sidroga Fennel Anise Caraway Tea Filter Bags are caraway, bitter fennel and anise.Each 2 grams of tea, i.e. one bag, contains 800 milligrams of caraway, 600 milligrams of fennel and 600 milligrams of aniseed.

Dosage
