Active ingredients and ingredients

Rosemary leaf tea contains 100 g of rosemary leaves per 100 g of medicinal tea as an active ingredient.Other components are not included.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to rosemary leaves, this product should not be used.The use of rosemary leaves for children under 12 is not recommended due to a lack of data.

Dosage and application

If you have digestive problems, it is recommended to drink a cup of tea infusion 2 to 3 times a day.To do this, pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 teaspoon full (approx. 2 g) of rosemary leaves and strain it through a tea strainer after about 10 to 15 minutes.

For external use, an infusion is made from 50 g of rosemary leaves and 1 l of water, which is then diluted into a full bath.Full baths should be taken 2 to 3 times a week for 10 to 20 minutes at 35 - 38 °C.If necessary, daily full baths are also possible.
