Doppelherz Aktiv Magnesium 400 is a dietary supplement with sweeteners in the form of effervescent tablets.It contains magnesium and selected B vitamins, including folic acid, vitamin B1, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12.No prescription is required for this product.

Magnesium is an essential mineral that must be consumed through food.It is involved in many essential processes in the human body, such as electrolyte balance and normal energy metabolism.Magnesium also supports the normal functions of nerves and muscles, including the heart muscle.The B vitamins it contains are of particular importance for the normal functioning of the nervous system.Vitamins B1 and B12 play a role in energy metabolism and stabilize normal heart function.Vitamin B6 supports protein and glycogen metabolism and contributes to the formation of red blood cells.

One tablet of Doppelherz Aktiv Magnesium 400 contains 400 mg magnesium, 600 µg folic acid, 1.1 mg vitamin B1, 4.2 mg vitamin B6 and 5.0 µg vitamin B12.The list of ingredients includes citric acid, magnesium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, malic acid, magnesium citrate, starch, flavor, aspartame, acesulfame-K, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine chloride, folic acid, riboflavin 5'-phosphate and cyanocobalamin.Contains a source of phenylalanine.

Contraindications

If you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned, the product should not be used.

Dosage

Recommended dosage: Dissolve one effervescent tablet daily in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml) and drink.The stated recommended daily consumption amount must not be exceeded.

Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.The effervescent tablets should be kept out of the reach of children.Amounts over 250 mg of magnesium can have a laxative effect in sensitive people.The effervescent tablets are gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan.Diabetics should note that one effervescent tablet is equivalent to 9 kcal/39 kJ and 0.02 bread units.
