Instructions for use of the article Sodium chloride solution 0.9 % Deltamedica Luer: Sodium chloride solution 0.9 % Deltamedica is a potassium-free sodium chloride solution used as a carrier solution for electrolyte concentrates and compatible medicines. It must not be used if the level of chloride or sodium in the blood is increased. The doctor should be consulted before use, especially in the case of heart disease, impaired kidney function and other specific health conditions. Special care must be taken in children and infants as their bodies may retain too much sodium. When used in combination with other medicinal products, attention should be paid to compatibility and hygiene.
