Dobensana Herbal Pastilles have a pleasantly mild flavour of honey and subtle herbs. The pastilles contain no sugar and are not unpleasantly sweet due to the sweetener. The effect unfolds immediately and a light film forms on the mucous membrane in the throat, which lasts for a good while, soothes and relieves both scratching and burning.

I found the flavour of the pastilles very pleasant. Not too much, not too little. But not so much that there was a wow effect either. I had also taken them when I had a cold because they are pleasant on the throat. They are not sharp, but have a fruity flavour. Recommended

You can argue about the flavour, it's not quite mine, but you do notice the effect on the throat. Unfortunately, I always have a liquorice taste with stevia-sweetened products, so I won't be buying this product.

The flavour is very refreshing and not too sweet. The lozenges are also the perfect size. Not too small that they dissolve immediately but also not so big that they get in the mouth. I was very hoarse and had a dry chesty cough. Dobensana Herbal gave me relief. I can highly recommend them.

Pleasant flavour with a gentle effect.

The pastilles are a pleasant size and you can easily taste the honey and propolis. The lemon balm rounds off the whole thing well and the flavour is very good. The lozenges soothe the throat without making it feel numb. I also like the fact that they contain vitamin C and zinc to boost the immune system.

The lozenges melt slowly in the mouth and have a pleasant flavour with a slight honey note. My daughter also liked the lozenges. I am satisfied with the effect. They keep the mouth and throat moist, especially when you have a cold. The lozenges didn't help me so much with dry coughs or sore throats.

I had a slight tickle in my throat twice. The lozenges actually soothed and moisturised the throat and provided relief. Family members confirmed that unfortunately it doesn't help with a sore throat. So if you have the flu or similar, I would use other remedies. Dobensana Herbal only supports a normal immune system and soothes a dry throat - it is not a miracle cure for illnesses and is intended more as a preventative measure.

The pastilles have a pleasant flavour. Unlike other manufacturers, these throat lozenges do not give you an anaesthetic feeling in your throat. They are pleasant to dissolve in the mouth and ensure a pleasant oral climate.
