The vitamin D spray is very easy to use. 1-2 sprays a day and the body is supplied with sufficient vitamin D without having to take a carrier (tablet or capsule). Initially it was a bit scratchy in the throat, but after two days this was no longer an issue. The product would be even better in combination with vitamin K.
