The balm strengthens the skin barrier, reduces feelings of tension and protects against dehydration. It contains milk thistle oil, which promotes the synthesis of ceramides and provides the skin with nutrients. The fast-absorbing and non-greasy texture allows for easy application. The balm can be applied 1-2 times daily to cleansed skin and should not get into the eyes. The Avene XeraCalm NUTRITION shower gel is recommended as a supplement for thorough cleansing of the skin.
