The combination of K2 and D3 is very good. But I always take 3-4 drops. Especially in the winter months it is very good for my immune system.

My personal requirement of vitamin K is higher than that of vitamin D. I think it's good that I get here in one product what I previously needed 2 products for my dosage. This makes it much easier for me.
