Summary: Doppelherz aktiv Magnesium 500 +D3+K2 Depot Tablets are a food supplement to support muscle function, the nervous system and bone maintenance. The tablets contain high doses of magnesium, vitamin K in the form of menaquinone (MK-7) and vitamin D. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and the function of the nervous system. Vitamins D and K play an important role in maintaining healthy bones. The tablets have a depot function and release the nutrients gradually over several hours. The recommended intake is 1/2 to 1 tablet daily, depending on the magnesium requirement. Children, adolescents, pregnant women and nursing mothers should not use the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle should not be replaced by food supplements. The product is lactose- and gluten-free and suitable for vegetarians.
