Application

Before sunbathing, apply the sunscreen generously to the face and/or body, for example a two-finger-width amount on the forearm.To maintain protection, reapply, especially after sweating, swimming or drying off.For easier application, spread the sunscreen onto your fingertips and pat onto your face and neck before massaging.

Dosage

Before every stay in the sun, you should apply the product generously, for example two finger lengths on the arm.Reducing the quantity significantly reduces the protection performance.Don't forget to reapply regularly, as some of the protective effect is lost when you swim, sweat or dry the skin.Do not stay in the sun for too long, even with sunscreen, as it does not provide complete protection.Avoid intense midday sun between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. and do not expose babies and small children to direct sunlight.Use textile sun protection such as a sun hat, sunglasses or T-shirt.Avoid contact with textiles and pre-treat stains before washing at 30°C.Avoid contact with eyes and rinse thoroughly with water if this occurs.
