Rose hips are the pseudofruits of the dog rose, also known as the dog rose.This plant produces delicately scented, pink flowers in May and June, from which red, edible rose hips develop from October onwards.Avitale organic rosehip powder is made from the dried fruits and gently ground into powder.It is rich in natural vitamin C and fiber and has a fruity taste with a slight acidic note.

Dosage

Recommended consumption: Stir 5 g (approx. 1 heaped teaspoon) of rosehip powder daily into around 200 ml of juice, smoothie, yoghurt, quark dishes or muesli.Please store in a cool, dry place and protected from light.Filling height due to technical reasons.Please keep out of the reach of small children.
