Use/application/recommended consumption: It is recommended to drink at least 2 cups of this tea daily.To prepare, pour fresh, boiling water over a filter bag and let it steep for 8 minutes.It is important that the tea is always poured with boiling water and allowed to steep according to the preparation recommendations in order to obtain safe food.
