Dosage

It is recommended to drink a cup of tea 3-4 times a day.

Intake

To prepare it, pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1-2 filter bags and let it steep, covered, for about 10-15 minutes.The filter bag is then removed and squeezed gently.The freshly prepared tea should be drunk half an hour before meals.
