Heparstad 400 mg hard capsules are a herbal medicine that is used to treat digestive problems, especially functional disorders of the biliary system.The active ingredient in these capsules is artichoke leaf dry extract, which is obtained from artichoke leaves.No prescription is required for this product.

Heparstad 400 mg hard capsules are used to relieve digestive problems such as bloating, flatulence and abdominal pain.The extracts from artichoke leaves stimulate the flow of bile, making it easier to digest dietary fats.This can be particularly helpful after heavy meals or consuming alcohol.They can also have a positive effect on cholesterol levels.

Active ingredients and ingredients

Each hard capsule contains 400 mg dry extract of artichoke leaves, obtained with water as an extractant.The capsule also contains the following other ingredients: gelatin, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, corn starch, sodium dodecyl sulfate, colloidal silicon dioxide, talc, purified water, chlorophyll-copper complex (E 141) and titanium dioxide (E 171).

Dosage and application

Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over should take one capsule three times daily.The capsules should be taken whole with main meals and with sufficient liquid, preferably a glass of water.The duration of use depends on the course of the symptoms and is not generally limited.

Contraindications

Heparstad 400 mg hard capsules must not be taken if you are known to be hypersensitive to artichokes, other composite plants or any of the other ingredients of the drug.Its use is also contraindicated if the bile ducts are blocked.If you have gallstones, the medicine should only be taken after consulting a doctor.
