Application:

Facial zones: - Place the closed energy liner on the crown chakra for 20 seconds. - Slowly run the middle facial meridian from top to bottom. - Stimulate the third eye with seven circular movements. - Move along facial zones in the appropriate order, from the centre of the forehead outwards. - Move along facial zones from the root of the nose to the side of the nose. - Move along the facial zones from the nose towards the ear. - Move along the facial zones in the temple area. - Move along facial zones below the centre of the nose, along the chin towards the cheekbones. - Close your eyes and breathe in and out slowly and consciously for about 1 minute.
