Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle. The product is a food supplement. Daily mix 1 scoop (30 g powder) with 300 ml water and drink it. It can also be mixed in water or a liquid such as oat, rice or almond milk. Store it out of the reach of small children, in a cool, dry place away from light.

Alpha Foods Morning Fuel is the ideal green breakfast shake. It is packed with valuable micro- and macronutrients and gives you an optimal start to the day. It contains foods with a low glycaemic index, such as oats, chia, quinoa, almonds and sweet potatoes. It also contains high-quality vegetable fatty acids from flaxseed and MCT-oil. In addition, the shake contains vegan protein sources. The shake has a creamy vanilla flavour without the use of aspartame and acesulfame K as sweeteners.

Morning Fuel Green Breakfast Shake Powder vegan ingredients include ground oats, pea protein powder, coconut blossom sugar and other ingredients such as spinach leaf powder, MCT-oil powder, quinoa flour, emulsifier (lecithins), flaxseed meal, thickener (guar gum), spirulina powder, Indian psyllium husk powder, maca root powder, ground almonds, sweet potato powder, guarana seed extract, matcha powder and other ingredients.

The shake contains no gluten, lactose or fructose. It also contains vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 and comes as a breakfast shake with vegan protein sources. The shake contains caffeine (182.6 mg / 100 g) and is therefore not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
