Use and Application

Add two drops of Bach Flower Elm to a glass of water and drink it in sips.Alternatively, you can add two drops to a 30ml mixing bottle of still spring water and take four drops at least four times per day.

Storage

Do not store the Bach Flower Elm above 25°C and in a dry place.
