The Original Bach® Star of Bethlehem Flower Essence is suitable if you are feeling sad after a sudden event, such as a personal or professional defeat.This essence promotes inner strength in difficult and distressing life situations.It helps to promote physical and mental strength and to accept what you cannot change.

Mode of action

In the 1930s, Dr.Edward Bach identified 38 basic emotional states and developed matching flower essences, known as Original Bach® Flowers.To make it, he used flowers from wild plants and trees as well as rock water.The original Bach® flowers help you meet the emotional challenges of daily life.They can be used individually or combined to create a mixture tailored to the specific emotional situation.

The Bach flower Star of Bethlehem contains 0.2% original Bach® flower essence Doldiger Milchstern.It also contains alcohol.Allergens are not included.

Dosage

Add two drops to a glass of water and drink it in sips.Alternatively, you can add two drops to a 30ml mixing bottle of still spring water and take four drops at least four times per day.
