Usage and Dosage

The recommended method of use is to add two drops of Bach Flower Mustard to a glass of water and sip it.Alternatively, two drops can be added to a 30 ml mixing bottle containing still spring water, with four drops taken at least four times a day.If required, one drop can also be added to a glass of water and consumed within 15 minutes, up to four times daily.
