Magnerot Classic N tablets are an over-the-counter medicine for the treatment of magnesium deficiency, especially if it leads to neuromuscular disorders or leg cramps.The active ingredient magnesium orotate dihydrate in a dosage of 500 mg per tablet helps to regulate the body's magnesium balance and eliminate deficiency symptoms.

Active ingredients and ingredients

Each Magnerot Classic N tablet contains 500 mg magnesium orotate dihydrate as the active ingredient.In addition, the preparation contains the following excipients: povidone K30, highly disperse silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, lactose-1-water, talc, vegetable magnesium stearate, sodium cyclamate, corn starch and croscarmellose sodium.

Dosage and application

To initially replenish magnesium stores, it is recommended to initially take 2 tablets three times a day for a period of 7 days.The dosage can then be reduced to 1 tablet three times a day.The tablets should be swallowed whole and with sufficient liquid, such as a glass of water, before or with meals.

Contraindications

The medicine should not be taken if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, impaired kidney function, nerve diseases with muscle relaxation (myasthenia gravis) or AV-block.If taken at the same time as iron supplements, an interval of 2 to 3 hours should be maintained.
