The Bach flower Vervain is a spirit with an alcohol content of 27% vol.No prescription is required for this product.It contains 0.2% original Bach® flower essence verbena and is free of allergens.The product comes from England and is sold by Nelsons GmbH in Hamburg.

Use and dosage

The Bach flower Vervain can be taken in two ways.Either add two drops to a glass of water and drink it in sips.Alternatively, you can add two drops to a 30ml mixing bottle of still spring water and take four drops at least four times per day.The recommended dosage is one drop in a glass of water four times daily, which should be drunk within 15 minutes.
