SymbioLact® Comp.is a dietary supplement that contains biotin and four different strains of lactic acid-producing intestinal bacteria.The intestine is the largest interface between the outside world and our insides.All food components and liquids enter our body via the intestines.The intestine also serves as a barrier and protects us against harmful substances and invaders.The intestinal mucosa plays an important role in maintaining the intestinal barrier function.

SymbioLact® Comp contains 30.0 µg biotin per sachet, which corresponds to 60% of the recommended daily intake.Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, such as the intestinal mucosa.The product contains four strains of lactic acid-producing bacteria: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactococcus lactis and Bifidobacterium lactis.When you come into contact with water, the intestinal bacteria become active and start producing lactic acid.After stirring, SymbioLact® Comp.be taken directly.

Application

1-2 times a day, pour the contents of one sachet into a glass, add non-carbonated water, stir and drink with the main meal.Fruit juices are not suitable for making the drink.The stated daily consumption amount must not be exceeded.No prescription is required for this product.

Composition

One bag of SymbioLact® Comp.contains 30.0 µg biotin, 26.0 mg L. paracasei, 20.0 mg L. acidophilus, 10.0 mg Lc.lactis and 6.0 mg B. lactis.The total activity of the bacteria that produce lactic acid is 200 million KBE (colony forming units) per gram. Other ingredients are maltodextrin and anti-caking agent silicon dioxide.

Dosage

Recommended dosage of the Symbiolact compositus sachets: Adults take the contents of one sachet mixed into a glass of water 1-2 times a day with meals.Infants and small children take the contents of one sachet mixed into lukewarm tea or porridge once a day.
