Modules IBD powder is a food for special medical purposes that serves as a balanced diet for producing drinking and tube feeding for Crohn's disease.This product is available without a prescription.

Product features

Modules IBD powder offers flexible adjustment of energy density from 1.0 to 1.5 kcal per milliliter.It contains anti-inflammatory growth factors such as TGF-β2 and is rich in medium chain triglycerides (MCT).The product is fiber-free, gluten-free and low in lactose.It also has a low osmolarity of 290 mOsm/l at 1 kcal per milliliter and is nutritionally complete.

Use and dosage

Modules IBD powder is suitable for dietary management of Crohn's disease and can be used from the age of five.The dosage enables flexible adjustment of the energy density.

Storage conditions

If unopened, the product should be stored in a cool and dry place.After opening, the contents of the can must be used within four weeks.When used as a drinking food, the prepared drink should be consumed immediately or, covered, at room temperature within four hours, or refrigerated within 24 hours.When used as tube feeding, the prepared product should be placed in a sterile enteral transfer system with an empty bag and administered within four hours.
